What we help with
The parts of a fleet order that are easy to get wrong, and that we would rather handle for you.
Consistent builds
Fleet orders are built to one recorded specification — same board, same firmware, same drive. We keep that specification on file, so machine twenty matches machine one, and a reorder next year matches both.
Warranty & support
Three years, parts and labour, answered from Australia in Australian business hours. You can extend to a fourth year at purchase, and remote support carries on after the warranty ends.
Paying over time
Where purchasing outright does not suit the budget cycle, orders may be settled in instalments through Procuret. This is the only finance facility we offer.
Built for business, education and enterprise teams
Procurement, deployment and ongoing support look very different at an organisational level. We work with businesses, institutions and enterprise teams that need consistent hardware, clear accountability, and a local partner they can actually talk to.
Business quoting
No offshore portals and no automated systems. Clear, itemised quotes from a local team that understands how organisations actually procure hardware — and what your approver needs to see before they say yes.
Consistent configurations
When every workstation runs the same validated build, deployment is faster, troubleshooting is simpler and IT management does not become a full-time job. The whole team works from one foundation.
Scalable deployment
One specialist system or twenty. We plan configurations around your users, your departments and where the team is headed, so the hardware scales with the organisation rather than against it.
Local accountability
You deal with the same team from consultation through to ongoing support. No handoff to a desk that has never seen your setup — direct accountability from the people who built your systems.
Serviceable builds
Every system is assembled with future servicing in mind. An upgrade or a repair is clean and straightforward, not an exercise in undoing a maze of cables and compromised airflow.
Long-term partnership
Your hardware needs in two years will not be the ones you have now. We stay across the team’s growth so we can flag upgrades, extra seats and technology decisions before they become urgent.
Who we build for
From CSIRO and Disney to motorsport teams, universities and government fire services — when performance and reliability cannot be left to chance.
Instalment payment through Procuret
Aftershock has partnered with Procuret so that business customers can settle an order in instalments rather than in full at the point of purchase. Procuret assess each application against their own criteria and administer the facility in your organisation’s name.

Our partners
These are some of the organisations we have worked with over the past several years — studios and post houses, engineering and architectural practices, research groups, and teams across government and education.
Some of these relationships now run to several years and to multiple deployments. Others began with a single machine. In every case the work came to us by choice, and we do not take that lightly.
Our thanks go to the teams who have trusted us with the systems their work depends on, and to those who have returned to us since. We are glad to have played a part in it.
