Carry In Warranty: For any warranty-related work, you will need to drop off and pick up your system from our Melbourne showroom. If you cannot bring it in yourself, you will be responsible for the delivery costs to and from our service center, once a support ticket has been raised.
Pickup and Return Warranty: We cover the delivery costs for getting your system back to us for any warranty-related work and for sending it back to you if it's a warranty-covered issue, applicable once a support ticket has been raised.
Our warranty covers part failures due to faulty components, including the labor cost for replacing them. It also includes a one-for-one part exchange policy for any failed parts during the warranty period. AFTERSHOCK PC will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law: (1) Repair the product using new or refurbished replacement parts; (2) Replace the product with a new product or one that has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product; or (3) Issue a partial refund of the original purchase price if the product cannot be repaired or replaced, provided the issue is reported within the warranty period.
For issues outside of warranty coverage, we offer discounted rates on parts and labor, as well as lifetime remote support for original purchasers of our PCs. If your PC is damaged or lost during transit from AFTERSHOCK PC to you, it is covered under our warranty. Damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours to ensure coverage. At AFTERSHOCK PC, every desktop comes with a 3-year parts and labor warranty, while our laptops are covered by a 2-year parts and labor warranty from the date of original retail purchase. You can choose between a 'Carry In' warranty and an 'Onsite Pickup and Return' warranty, depending on your needs.
