01 How do I qualify for a BIG 8 gift tier?

Purchase any Custom PC during the BIG 8 promotion period. Every Custom PC includes the Tier 1 reward bundle. Tier 2 and Tier 3 are unlocked by upgrading components in the Custom PC configurator.

02 Are all Custom PCs included?

Yes. All Custom PCs purchased during the BIG 8 promotion period participate in the gift tier promotion.

03 How is my gift tier calculated?

Your gift tier is based on the total value of component upgrades added above the base Custom PC configuration.

Tier 1: Included with every Custom PC.
Tier 2: Requires at least AUD $500 in component upgrades.
Tier 3: Requires at least AUD $1,000 in component upgrades.

04 Does the total price of my PC determine the tier?

No. Tier 2 and Tier 3 are calculated from the value of component upgrades added above the base configuration, not from the total purchase price of the PC.

05 Is Tier 1 included with every Custom PC?

Yes. Tier 1 is included with every Custom PC purchased during the promotion period. No minimum component upgrade spend is required.

06 What rewards are included in each tier?

Each tier contains a different BIG 8 reward bundle:

Tier 1: 3 rewards with a total RRP of AUD $68.
Tier 2: 5 rewards with a total RRP of AUD $237.
Tier 3: 8 rewards with a total RRP of AUD $499.

07 Can I receive reward bundles from multiple tiers?

Each eligible order receives the reward bundle associated with the highest tier reached. Higher-tier bundles include the applicable rewards from the lower tiers, so separate bundles are not added to the same order.

08 Do I need to add the reward bundle manually?

No. The correct BIG 8 reward bundle will be determined by your Custom PC configuration and component upgrade spend, then applied to the qualifying order automatically.

09 Are reward bundle items subject to availability?

Yes. Reward bundle items are available while stocks last. Where permitted under the promotion terms, an unavailable item may be replaced with another item of similar value.
