4.5 Purchases made before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible. An entry belongs only to the Weekly Entry Period in which the relevant Qualifying Order was recorded and does not roll over into another weekly draw.
5. Eligible Entrants
5.1 Entry is open only to natural persons who:
- are aged 18 years or older at the time of purchase;
- ordinarily reside in an eligible Australian State or Territory;
- make a Qualifying Order in their own personal name during a Weekly Entry Period;
- comply with these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Companies, partnerships, trusts, incorporated associations, clubs, charities, government bodies, businesses and other organisations are not eligible to enter.
5.3 An order invoiced to a company, business name, partnership, trust, organisation or other entity is not eligible.
5.4 An order displaying an ABN or an organisation as the purchaser on the invoice is not eligible.
5.5 Sole-trader and other business purchases are not eligible where the order is invoiced under a business or trading name.
5.6 The following people are not eligible to enter:
- directors, officers, managers and employees of the Promoter;
- contractors, agencies, suppliers and other persons directly involved in administering or conducting the Promotion;
- persons involved in compiling or validating an entry list or determining a winner;
- immediate family members of any excluded person;
- retailers, wholesalers and resellers purchasing an Eligible PC for resale.
5.7 Immediate family means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, grandchild, step-parent, step-child or step-sibling.
6. Eligible PCs
6.1 An Eligible PC means a complete new Aftershock desktop computer system purchased directly from the Promoter, including:
- a custom-built desktop PC;
- a ready-to-ship desktop PC;
- a complete water-cooled desktop PC;
- a complete desktop workstation PC.
6.2 Components selected and installed by the Promoter as part of a complete Eligible PC, including an integrated water-cooling system, form part of the Eligible PC.
6.3 The following are not Eligible PCs and do not independently make an order eligible:
- laptops;
- monitors;
- keyboards, mice, headsets and other peripherals;
- accessories;
- individual or separately purchased computer components;
- component-only water-cooling products;
- software purchased separately;
- warranties, extended warranties or support plans;
- delivery, freight or insurance;
- installation, configuration or other services;
- gift cards, vouchers or store credit;
- refurbished, used, demonstration or ex-display systems, unless the Promoter expressly advertises them as eligible.
7. Qualifying Order
7.1 A Qualifying Order is an order containing at least one Eligible PC purchased during a Weekly Entry Period:
- through the Aftershock PC Australia website at https://aftershockpc.com.au/;
- from the Aftershock PC showroom at 400 Dynon Road, West Melbourne VIC 3003.
7.2 Purchases through any other retailer, reseller, marketplace, website or sales channel are not eligible.
7.3 A Qualifying Order must:
- be placed and recorded during a Weekly Entry Period;
- be accepted by the Promoter;
- be made and invoiced in the personal legal name of an eligible individual;
- contain at least one Eligible PC;
- contain accurate purchaser and contact information;
- have valid payment authorisation or approved finance;
- not be cancelled, fully refunded, reversed, dishonoured or charged back before the relevant winner is verified.
7.4 Discounted, promotional and sale-priced orders containing an Eligible PC are eligible.
7.5 Purchases made using any standard payment method accepted by the Promoter are eligible, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
7.6 A purchase made using third-party finance is eligible only where:
- the finance application is approved;
- the order and invoice are in the individual's personal name;
- the order is accepted by the Promoter;
- the finance or purchase is not cancelled, withdrawn or reversed before winner verification.
7.7 The Promoter will not increase the normal selling price of any product or service because the order provides an entry into the Promotion.
8. How to enter
8.1 Each Qualifying Order automatically receives one entry in the weekly draw corresponding to the Weekly Entry Period in which that order was recorded.
8.2 A Qualifying Order receives one entry regardless of how many Eligible PCs or other products are included in that order.
8.3 Multiple entries are permitted where an eligible entrant makes multiple genuine Qualifying Orders. Each separate Qualifying Order receives one entry in its applicable weekly draw.
8.4 The Promoter may investigate orders that appear to have been artificially split, duplicated or created mainly to obtain additional entries.
8.5 No separate competition-entry fee is charged.
8.6 No separate online entry form is required. Entries will be created from the Promoter's eligible website and showroom purchase records.
8.7 Each entry will be associated with:
- the relevant order or invoice number;
- the individual purchaser;
- the applicable Weekly Entry Period;
- the Eligible Order Amount.
8.8 The entrant is the individual whose personal legal name appears as the purchaser on the relevant invoice.
8.9 Where an Eligible PC is purchased as a gift, the purchaser named on the invoice is the entrant. The recipient of the gift is not the entrant.
8.10 An entry cannot be transferred from the purchaser to another person.
8.11 An eligible purchaser who does not wish to participate may opt out by emailing sales@aftershockpc.com.au before the close of the Weekly Entry Period in which their order was made.
9. Prizes
9.1 There are four prizes, with one prize allocated to each weekly draw.
9.2 Each prize is a promotional cash payment by bank transfer equal to the Eligible Order Amount associated with the winning entry, up to a maximum of AUD $6,000.
9.3 The total maximum prize pool is AUD $24,000.
9.4 Eligible Order Amount means the final GST-inclusive amount shown as payable to the Promoter for the entire Qualifying Order associated with the winning entry, after all discounts, credits, vouchers and promotional reductions, subject to clauses 9.5 and 9.6.
9.5 The Eligible Order Amount includes amounts invoiced by the Promoter on the same Qualifying Order for:
- the Eligible PC or Eligible PCs;
- other products, accessories, peripherals and components;
- software, warranties, support plans, installation, configuration and other services;
- delivery, freight and insurance.
9.6 The Eligible Order Amount does not include:
- gift cards, vouchers or store credit purchased as products;
- credit-card, payment or transaction surcharges;
- finance interest, establishment fees, account-keeping fees or other charges imposed by a third-party finance provider;
- any amount not paid or payable to the Promoter;
- any amount refunded, credited, cancelled or reversed before winner verification.
9.7 If the Eligible Order Amount is more than $6,000, the winner will receive $6,000. No amount above the $6,000 maximum will be paid.
9.8 If the Eligible Order Amount is less than $6,000, the winner will receive the actual Eligible Order Amount.
9.9 The winner retains all products and services supplied under the Qualifying Order. The prize is a promotional cash payment and does not cancel, reverse or refund the original sale for accounting, warranty or consumer-law purposes.
9.10 Where the winning Qualifying Order was purchased using finance:
- the prize will be paid directly to the winner by bank transfer;
- the prize will not automatically be paid to the finance provider;
- the winner remains responsible for all obligations under the finance agreement.
9.11 A prize cannot be transferred or assigned to another person before payment.
9.12 A winner will not be charged an administration, processing or delivery fee to receive a prize.
10. Odds of winning
10.1 Every valid entry in a Weekly Entry Period has an equal random chance of winning the prize for that weekly draw.
10.2 The odds of winning a weekly prize depend on the total number of valid entries received in the corresponding Weekly Entry Period.
10.3 Entries do not carry forward into later weekly draws.
11. Weekly draws
11.1 The four weekly draws will take place as follows:
| Weekly prize | Entries included | Draw date and time |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 prize | Valid Week 1 entries | 12:00pm AEST, Monday 10 August 2026 |
| Week 2 prize | Valid Week 2 entries | 12:00pm AEST, Monday 17 August 2026 |
| Week 3 prize | Valid Week 3 entries | 12:00pm AEST, Monday 24 August 2026 |
| Week 4 prize | Valid Week 4 entries | 12:00pm AEST, Monday 31 August 2026 |
11.2 Each draw will take place at Aftershock PC Australia, 400 Dynon Road, West Melbourne VIC 3003.
11.3 Each winner will be selected using a computerised random-number generator from a complete electronic list of all valid entries in the applicable Weekly Entry Period.
11.4 Each draw will be supervised by at least two members of the Promoter's internal marketing team.
11.5 At least one person supervising each draw must not have been solely responsible for compiling the relevant final entry list.
11.6 The Promoter will retain an auditable record of:
- the valid entries included in each draw;
- the random-selection process;
- the entry selected;
- the date, time and location of each draw;
- the people supervising each draw.
11.7 Entrants are not required to be present at a draw to win.
11.8 Entrants who wish to witness a draw may contact sales@aftershockpc.com.au before the draw. Attendance is subject to reasonable workplace safety, security, privacy and capacity requirements.
11.9 If the first entry selected at a draw is invalid on its face or cannot be associated with a valid Qualifying Order, another entry will be selected immediately using the same random-selection method.
12. Provisional winners and verification
12.1 The individual associated with an entry selected at a weekly draw will initially be a provisional winner.
12.2 Before confirming a winner, the Promoter may require information reasonably necessary to verify:
- the entrant's identity;
- the entrant's age;
- the entrant's residential address;
- that the entrant resides in an eligible State or Territory;
- the relevant order and invoice;
- payment or finance approval;
- that the purchase was made and invoiced in the entrant's personal name;
- the Eligible Order Amount;
- compliance with these Terms and Conditions;
- the Australian bank account into which the prize is to be paid.
12.3 A provisional winner may be required to provide:
- current photographic identification;
- proof of residential address;
- the relevant invoice or order number;
- evidence relating to payment or finance approval;
- evidence that the nominated bank account belongs to the provisional winner.
12.4 A selected entry may be declared invalid where the entrant:
- is not eligible;
- supplied false, incomplete or misleading information;
- cannot verify the relevant purchase;
- cancelled or fully refunded the order before verification;
- no longer has at least one Eligible PC remaining in the order after any partial cancellation or refund;
- breached these Terms and Conditions;
- obtained the entry through fraud, manipulation, artificial order splitting or unauthorised conduct.
13. Winner notification
13.1 Each provisional winner will be notified in writing by email and, where a telephone number is available, by telephone.
13.2 Notification will occur as soon as reasonably practicable after the applicable draw and no later than:
| Weekly prize | Notification deadline |
|---|---|
| Week 1 prize | 5:00pm AEST, Wednesday 12 August 2026 |

13.3 The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact each provisional winner using the contact details associated with the winning Qualifying Order.
13.4 The notification will explain:
- that the entry has been provisionally selected;
- the verification information required;
- how the prize will be paid;
- the deadline for responding and claiming the prize.
14. Prize-claim deadlines
14.1 Each provisional winner must respond and provide all reasonably requested verification and bank-account information by the applicable deadline:
| Weekly prize | Claim deadline |
|---|---|
| Week 1 prize | 5:00pm AEST, Monday 24 August 2026 |

| Week 4 prize | 5:00pm AEST, Monday 14 September 2026 |
14.2 Each claim deadline is 14 calendar days after the applicable weekly draw.
14.3 To claim a prize, a provisional winner must provide all information reasonably requested by the Promoter by the applicable claim deadline.
14.4 If a provisional winner does not respond or provide the required information by the applicable deadline, the prize may be treated as unclaimed and the provisional winner may forfeit entitlement to the prize, subject to applicable law and any directions from a relevant regulator.
14.5 The Promoter may allow additional time where required by law, directed by a regulator, or reasonably necessary because of circumstances outside the provisional winner's control.
15. Prize payment
15.1 Each prize will be paid by bank transfer to a valid Australian bank account held in the verified winner's personal name.
15.2 A prize will not be paid to a company, business, partnership, trust, employer or other organisation.
15.3 The Promoter may require reasonable evidence that the nominated bank account belongs to the winner.
15.4 Each prize will be paid within 14 days after successful verification and, for an original weekly draw, no later than the following outside date:
| Weekly prize | Latest payment date |
|---|---|
| Week 1 prize | Monday 7 September 2026 |
| Week 2 prize | Monday 14 September 2026 |
| Week 3 prize | Monday 21 September 2026 |
| Week 4 prize | Monday 28 September 2026 |
15.5 Clause 15.4 does not apply where:
- a delay results from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner;
- circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control cause the delay;
- applicable law or a regulator permits or requires another payment date.
15.6 The Promoter is not responsible for a delay or failed payment caused by incorrect bank-account information provided by a winner.
15.7 The Promoter does not provide tax advice. Each winner is responsible for obtaining advice about any tax consequences that may apply to their prize.
16. Publication of original winners
16.1 Subject to successful verification, each winner's details will be published on the Aftershock giveaway webpage at: https://aftershockpc.com.au/pages/giveaway.
16.2 The Promoter will publish each winner's:
- first-name initial;
- surname;
- postcode.
16.3 The original weekly winners' details will be published no later than:
| Weekly prize | Publication deadline |
|---|---|
| Week 1 prize | Friday 28 August 2026 |
| Week 2 prize | Friday 4 September 2026 |
| Week 3 prize | Friday 11 September 2026 |
| Week 4 prize | Friday 18 September 2026 |
16.4 Each result will remain published online for at least 28 days.
17. Unclaimed-prize draw
17.1 If any weekly prize remains unclaimed after its applicable claim deadline, or if a provisional winner is found to be ineligible after the original draw, an unclaimed-prize draw will take place at 12:00pm AEST on Monday 21 September 2026 at Aftershock PC Australia, 400 Dynon Road, West Melbourne VIC 3003.
17.2 A separate redraw will be conducted for each unclaimed weekly prize from the original eligible-entry list for that prize's Weekly Entry Period, excluding any entry already declared invalid.
17.3 Each redraw winner will be selected using the same computerised random-number-generator method used for the original weekly draws.
17.4 The redraw will be supervised by at least two members of the Promoter's internal marketing team and an auditable record will be retained.
17.5 Entrants are not required to be present at the redraw.
17.6 Entrants wishing to witness the redraw may contact sales@aftershockpc.com.au before the redraw, subject to the reasonable requirements in clause 11.8.
17.7 Each provisional redraw winner will be notified in writing by email and, where possible, by telephone as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 5:00pm AEST on Wednesday 23 September 2026.
17.8 Each provisional redraw winner must respond and provide all reasonably requested identity, eligibility, purchase and bank-account information by 5:00pm AEST on Monday 5 October 2026.
17.9 Subject to successful verification, each redraw winner's prize will be paid within 14 days after verification and no later than Monday 19 October 2026.
17.10 Each confirmed redraw winner's first-name initial, surname and postcode will be published on the giveaway webpage no later than Friday 9 October 2026, subject to successful verification.
17.11 Each redraw result will remain published online for at least 28 days.
17.12 If a redraw winner does not claim the prize or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter will seek any required directions or approvals from the relevant regulators and will conduct any further draw required by those directions or approvals.
17.13 Any further draw will use the same random-selection method and will be held at the same physical location unless otherwise approved by the relevant regulators.
18. Cancelled, refunded or reversed orders
18.1 An entry will be invalid if, before the relevant winner is verified:
- the entire order is cancelled;
- the purchaser receives a full change-of-mind refund;
- all Eligible PCs in the order are cancelled or refunded;
- payment is dishonoured;
- payment is reversed or charged back;
- finance approval is withdrawn or cancelled;
- the order was made fraudulently or without proper authorisation;
- the purchaser does not complete the purchase.
18.2 Where part of a Qualifying Order is cancelled or refunded before winner verification, the entry remains valid only if at least one Eligible PC remains in the order. The Eligible Order Amount will be recalculated using the final valid invoice and payment records after the cancellation, credit or refund.
18.3 If a winner requests a discretionary change-of-mind refund after the prize has been paid, the Promoter may:
- refuse the discretionary refund in accordance with its published change-of-mind policy; or
- where a discretionary refund is approved, reduce the refund by the part of the prize attributable to the product, service or amount being refunded.
18.4 Clause 18.3 does not limit any right or remedy a winner has under the Australian Consumer Law.
18.5 A warranty claim, repair, replacement or other remedy arising from a non-excludable consumer guarantee does not automatically invalidate an otherwise valid entry or prize.
19. Improper conduct
19.1 The Promoter may investigate and disqualify an entrant who:
- tampers or attempts to tamper with the Promotion;
- manipulates or interferes with the Promoter's website, ordering systems, payment systems or records;
- uses false identities, unauthorised payment methods or fraudulent information;
- creates sham, artificial or non-genuine purchases;
- artificially splits or duplicates an order mainly to obtain additional entries;
- attempts to obtain entries without making genuine Qualifying Orders;
- attempts to transfer or sell an entry;
- acts dishonestly or disruptively;
- otherwise breaches these Terms and Conditions.
19.2 Any disqualification decision will be made reasonably, in good faith and subject to applicable law.
19.3 The Promoter may refer suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
20. Technical and administrative errors
20.1 The Promoter may correct a genuine administrative, invoicing, entry-record or technical error before the applicable draw.
20.2 If a technical problem affects an entry list or draw, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to restore the integrity and fairness of the Promotion.
20.3 An administrative or technical error will not be used to refuse a valid prize where doing so would be prohibited by law.
20.4 If an order, invoice or Eligible Order Amount is recorded incorrectly, the Promoter may use the final valid invoice and payment records to determine eligibility and calculate the prize.
21. Changes, suspension or cancellation
21.1 The Promoter may not materially amend, suspend, cancel or withdraw the Promotion after it has commenced unless:
- circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control make the Promotion incapable of being conducted fairly, safely or as planned; and
- any prior approval required from a regulator has been obtained.
21.2 Relevant circumstances may include fraud, tampering, cyberattack, communications failure, computer malfunction, natural disaster, government direction or another event outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
21.3 Where a change is legally permitted or approved, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to notify affected entrants and publish the amended Terms and Conditions.
21.4 Nothing in this clause authorises the Promoter to make a change that is prohibited by applicable law, an authority, permit or licence.
22. Privacy
22.1 The Promoter will collect, hold, use and disclose entrants' personal information for the purposes of:
- administering the Promotion;
- creating and validating entries;
- conducting the weekly draws and any redraw;
- contacting and verifying winners;

- complying with legal and regulatory obligations.
22.2 The Promoter may disclose relevant personal information to:
- lottery and consumer-protection regulators;
- banking and payment providers;
- professional advisers;
- technology and promotion-administration providers;
- other persons where reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion or comply with the law.
22.3 Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy at: https://aftershockpc.com.au/pages/privacy
22.4 Entry into the Promotion does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.
22.5 Any separate marketing consent provided by a purchaser will operate according to its own terms and applicable law.
22.6 The Promoter will publish winner information only to the extent described in these Terms and Conditions or required by law.
23. Publicity
23.1 As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner agrees that the Promoter may publicly announce and promote their win through the Promoter's website, social-media accounts, email communications, digital advertising, showroom displays, media releases and other promotional channels controlled by the Promoter.
23.2 For the purpose of announcing and promoting the Promotion, each winner authorises the Promoter to publish and use:

- the winner's suburb, postcode and State or Territory;
- the amount of the prize awarded;
- a general description of the winner's Eligible Order and Eligible PC;
- photographs or video footage of the Eligible PC and products included in the winning order.
23.3 Each winner must provide reasonable cooperation to enable the Promoter to prepare and publish at least one winner announcement.
23.4 The Promoter may invite a winner to provide a statement or participate in photography, video recording or an interview featuring the winner's identifiable image, voice or personal testimonial. Any such material must be separately approved by the winner before publication.
23.5 The Promoter may use the material described in clauses 23.1 to 23.3 for the administration, announcement and promotion of the Promotion and its results for a period of 24 months after the applicable draw, without paying the winner any additional fee or compensation.
23.6 The Promoter will not publish the winner's residential address, telephone number, email address, bank-account information, complete order number or other confidential financial information.
24. Liability and Australian Consumer Law
24.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
24.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for an entry that is lost, delayed, corrupted or incorrectly recorded because of:
- an internet or telecommunications failure;
- a third-party payment or finance-provider failure;
- a technical malfunction outside the Promoter's reasonable control;
- incorrect information supplied by an entrant.
24.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for:
- fraud or wilful misconduct;
- personal injury or death where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
- a breach of the Australian Consumer Law;
- any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
25. Complaints and disputes
25.1 Questions or complaints about the Promotion should be sent to: sales@aftershockpc.com.au
25.2 The entrant should provide their full name, order number and a description of the issue.
25.3 The Promoter will attempt to resolve complaints fairly and within a reasonable period.
25.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions prevents an entrant from contacting a consumer-protection agency, lottery regulator, tribunal or court.
26. Social-media platforms
26.1 Where the Promotion is advertised through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X or another social-media platform, the Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform.
26.2 Entrants provide their information to the Promoter, not to the social-media platform, unless expressly stated otherwise.
27. Records

- these Terms and Conditions;
- advertisements and promotional materials;
- weekly eligible-entry records;
- draw and redraw records;
- winner-verification records;
- winner notifications;
- published results;
- evidence of prize payment.
27.2 The records will be retained for at least 12 months after determination of the final result, or for any longer period required by applicable law or a permit condition.
27.3 Records will be made available to an authorised regulator or other authorised officer upon lawful request.
28. Governing law
28.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria and the applicable laws of each eligible Australian State and Territory in which the Promotion is conducted.
28.2 Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in their State or Territory of residence.
29. Regulatory approvals
29.1 The Promotion is conducted under the following regulatory approvals once issued:
- NSW Trade Promotion Authority number: [INSERT NSW AUTHORITY NUMBER]
- ACT Trade Promotion Permit number: [INSERT ACT PERMIT NUMBER]
- South Australian Major Trade Promotion Licence number: [INSERT SA LICENCE NUMBER]
29.2 The Northern Territory is excluded from the Promotion.

29.4 The applicable NSW, ACT and South Australian approval numbers must be included in advertising where required.
29.5 The Promotion must not be advertised or commenced in a jurisdiction until all approvals and notifications required in that jurisdiction have been completed.
