Submit Your PC System Claim

Receive Your Game Code

Terms & Conditions
- This promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 or over.
- The promotion is valid for new purchases from eligible resellers during the promotional period. GIGABYTE considers the invoice date as the official purchase date.
- Eligible products must be purchased between 13 August and 30 September 2026.
- All redemption applications must be submitted and completed by 15 October 2026. Applications or reward requests submitted after this date will not be accepted.
- Each registered eligible product may be redeemed only once, with a maximum of five registered products per person.
- For eligible PC Systems, redemption will not be accepted if the PC System is not an approved eligible configuration or if an eligible product within the system has been substituted.
- Promotional game codes are limited in quantity. GIGABYTE reserves the right to end the promotion early if promotional stock runs out.
- Once a claim is received, GIGABYTE will review the claim for validity and confirm that the transaction is genuine and the required information has been completed. Please allow up to 10 working days for review.
- GIGABYTE reserves the right to reject incomplete, altered, illegible or false claims.
- Once a claim is approved, GIGABYTE will send the game code to the email address provided within 10 working days.
- Customers cannot claim rewards for purchases that have been cancelled or products that have been returned or refunded.
- GIGABYTE reserves the right to audit redemption requests and may request additional information or supporting documents to verify compliance with the promotion requirements.
- GIGABYTE may exclude customers from the promotion in cases involving manipulation of the registration process or submissions made after the applicable deadline.
- By submitting registration information, customers confirm that all participation requirements have been satisfied and agree to the promotion Terms & Conditions.
- GIGABYTE may stop the promotion without further notice if continuation of the campaign is no longer reasonably possible due to objective circumstances.
