How do I know I’m getting the parts I paid for?
We focus on full parts transparency. The major components are listed by actual brand and model where specified so you know what you are buying rather than relying on vague labels such as “RTX 5060”.
What does your QC actually check?
The physical build is checked by two builders. That includes cable management, component installation, aesthetics, fan orientation, GPU seating and support, anti-sag where required, cooling setup and overall build quality. After that, a separate Testing Team configures and stress-tests the finished system.
What happens if my PC fails after it arrives?
You are backed by a 3-Year Full-System Warranty and Lifetime Customer Support. Our Support and RMA teams help diagnose the system, QC suspected components and handle the brand RMA process so you are not left becoming your own technician.
What if I need my PC faster?
