“Great experience. The website makes it easy to choose your components and understand what they do even for someone unfamiliar with pcs. Well priced when purchased on sale. From purchase, custom pc took about 3 weeks to arrive. Computer runs great and looks amazing. The instructions on how to open the panel to remove the styrofoam inside were a little bit unclear, but I'm sure that if you actually have any issues with set up it would be easy to get a customer service agent to help. The only issue was that despite paying for secure delivery and there being a 'Requires signature' sticker on the box, the delivery courier used just left it at the door without requiring signature or even ringing the doorbell (but that is an issue with the courier company, not aftershock!!). The design on the box makes it obvious that its a computer, so luckily someone was home so it wasn't stolen.”
