You are expected to have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use any designs or images submitted for printing.

Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aftershock PC, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including legal fees, arising out of or in relation to the customer's use of our printing services in violation of any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

No Responsibility: Aftershock PC is strictly a service provider and is not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property infringements caused by the use of customer-provided designs in our printing process. Our role is limited to creating designs as submitted by the customer, without any modifications or verifications regarding copyright compliance.
