Do I need a Hello Clever account before I buy?
Start from the Aftershock checkout and select Hello Clever. To receive cashback, you must verify your phone number and proceed as a registered user. Guest checkout does not receive cashback.
Do I need to submit a cashback claim later?
Hello Clever's regular checkout guide does not include a separate post-purchase claim step. After successful payment, the confirmation screen shows the cashback earned and it is deposited into your Hello Clever app.
When do I get the cashback?
Hello Clever describes its cashback as instant once payment is confirmed. For card payments, Hello Clever notes that cashback is credited once funds settle from the issuing bank.
Can I transfer my cashback to my bank account?
Yes. If you prefer to withdraw your cashback, wait until it shows as Approved in the Hello Clever app, then link your PayID or your BSB and account number in the Profile section and transfer it to your nominated bank account.
Do I need to verify my phone?
Yes. Hello Clever states that phone verification is required to redeem cashback. If verification is skipped or fails, cashback is forfeited.
How do I know what I earned?
After successful payment, the Hello Clever confirmation screen displays the amount paid, cashback earned and transaction reference.
Can I use my cashback with Aftershock PC instead of withdrawing it?

- 1. Promotion period: The promotion runs from 1 September 2026 at 12:00 AEST until 28 September 2026 at 23:55 AEST (the "Promotional Period"). Purchases completed outside the Promotional Period are not eligible.
- 2. Cashback tiers: Eligible cashback is based on the final eligible order value: 3. $100 cashback for orders from $2,000 to $2,499; $200 cashback for orders from $2,500 to $3,999; $300 cashback for orders from $4,000 to $7,999; and $400 cashback for orders of $8,000 or more.
- 4. Campaign maximum: A maximum of $400 cashback per customer applies across the Promotional Period, regardless of the number or total value of eligible purchases.
- 5. How to qualify: Customers must select Hello Clever as the payment method at checkout, enter a valid mobile number and successfully complete the required phone verification using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent by Hello Clever.
- 6. Mobile verification: Mobile verification is required to receive cashback. If a customer skips or fails the required verification, the cashback will not be applied.
- 7. Cashback delivery: After successful payment, Hello Clever displays the amount paid, cashback earned and transaction reference. Cashback is deposited into the customer's Hello Clever account/app in accordance with Hello Clever's current checkout and cashback process.
- 8. Cashback timing and use: Cashback timing may depend on payment processing and bank settlement. Customers should refer to Hello Clever's current official documentation for the latest information about cashback delivery, spending, withdrawal and account use.
- 9. Order changes: If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned or amended, cashback may be reversed or adjusted to reflect the customer's final eligible order value and resulting cashback tier.
- 10. Other promotions: This offer may be used alongside Aftershock PC discounts and promotions unless otherwise stated. It cannot be combined with another active Hello Clever cashback promotion unless expressly permitted.
