What if I return or cancel my order?
Any cashback on returned, cancelled, or amended orders will be reversed or adjusted to reflect the final net spend and applicable tier. If your spend falls below the minimum threshold, cashback will be fully reversed.

This offer cannot be combined with other active Hello Clever cashback promotions. It can be used alongside Aftershock PC's own discount codes and offers.
Does my spend include GST and shipping?
Yes. Spend thresholds are calculated on final basket value, including GST, shipping, etc. Check your cart subtotal before checkout to confirm your tier.
Is this available for business purchases?
Yes, provided the purchase is made via Hello Clever at checkout. Standard cashback limits and conditions apply regardless of order type.
Is it per order or per customer?
Per customer across the campaign. Your total cashback is capped at $400 regardless of how many orders you place or your total spend.
What if I downgrade or change my build?
If a build change reduces your final spend to a lower tier, cashback will be adjusted to reflect the correct tier. If your final order value drops below the $2,000 minimum spend threshold, no cashback applies.
Terms & Conditions
The campaign runs from 1 September 2026 12:00 AEST until 28 September 2026 23:55 AEST ("Promotional Period"). Purchases outside the Promotional Period are ineligible.
This promotional offer is subject to eligibility requirements and availability, as determined by Aftershock PC and Hello Clever at their reasonable discretion. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The offer applies to all products at Aftershock PC during the Promotional Period.
Customers must select Hello Clever at checkout and verify their phone number when prompted. Payment must be successfully processed by card via Hello Clever during the Promotional Period. Cashback cannot be applied retrospectively.
Payment must be made by card via Hello Clever only. All other methods are ineligible - this includes PayID, PayTo, cash, BNPL, gift cards, and any other payment method not processed as a card transaction through Hello Clever. Cashback is credited after bank settlement - timing varies by financial institution.
Spend thresholds are based on the final basket value, including GST, shipping charges, and any other applicable fees.
Maximum $400 cashback per customer applies across the Promotional Period, regardless of total spend or number of transactions. Under no circumstances will the total cashback received exceed $400 AUD per eligible customer.
Cashback is credited to the customer's Hello Clever wallet and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Funds may be withdrawn to a linked bank card in accordance with Hello Clever’s terms after merchant settlement.
