Key Terms & Conditions
- This promotion is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 or over.
- The promotion is valid on new purchases from eligible resellers during the promotion period. GIGABYTE considers the invoice date as the official purchase date.
- Each registered qualifying product is eligible for redemption only once, and a maximum of five products may be registered per person.
- Promotional game codes are limited in quantity. If promotional stock runs out, GIGABYTE reserves the right to end the promotion early. Complete and valid applications will be prioritised.
- All redemption applications must be submitted and completed by 15 October 2026. Applications or reward requests received after this date will not be accepted.
- Once a claim is received, GIGABYTE will screen the submission to confirm that the transaction is genuine and that the required information has been completed. Please allow up to 10 working days for review.
- GIGABYTE reserves the right to reject incomplete, altered, illegible or false claims.
- All codes for eligible claims will be distributed after 4 September 2026. Eligible game codes redeemed before 4 September will be sent to the registered email during the week of 4 September.
- Customers cannot claim a promotional reward for purchases that have been cancelled or for products that have been returned. GIGABYTE reserves the right to recover the cost of a reward associated with a returned or refunded purchase.
