What does the warranty cover?
AFTERSHOCK desktops have a 3-year parts and labour warranty for manufacturing defects in parts like the motherboard, processor, graphics card, memory and storage. It doesn't cover accidental damage, damage from a lack of cleaning, or software problems.
Ready-to-Ship PCs include pickup and return shipping for warranty work. The details are in our warranty policy.
How can I pay?
Debit or credit card (1% fee), card through Hello Clever (no fee), Afterpay (4% fee, up to $4,000), SplitIt instalments on a credit card (4% fee), or cash in our showroom. We also accept one-time-use Zip cards. All prices include GST.

Yes. Visit our showroom at 400 Dynon Road, West Melbourne, open 11am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 12pm to 5pm Saturday. Public holiday hours may differ.
Can I print my own design on my PC?
Yes. Choose one of our designs or upload your own artwork, and we'll UV-print it onto your PC's panels or your laptop's lid on our in-house printers. Ultra-Labs builds can go further with custom fan grills, GPU backplates and laser etching.
Can I upgrade my PC later?
Yes, as long as we stock the parts and they're compatible with your system. You pay for the new parts plus a servicing fee that depends on the upgrade. We don't buy back used parts.
