Open-Loop Transit and Setup Troubleshooting

Components or Cables May Shift During Transit: If your system isn’t powering on or is experiencing issues after unpacking, try these quick troubleshooting steps:
Check Internal Cables
• Open the side panel of your PC case.
• Gently press down on all visible power and data cables to ensure they're firmly connected.
• 24-Pin Main Power Cable: Located on the right-hand side of the motherboard
• CPU Power Cable: Found at the top-left corner of the motherboard
• GPU Power Cables: Connected to the graphics card
• SATA Cables: For hard drives and SATA SSDs.
Tip:
• Be cautious and avoid using excessive force.
• Ensure the PC is completely powered off and unplugged before touching any internal components.

Reseat RAM
• Power off and unplug your PC
• Remove the side panel to access the RAM slots on the motherboard
• Release the clips holding the RAM sticks and gently remove them
• Re-insert the RAM sticks firmly until the clips click back into place
Tip:
• Handle RAM sticks by the edges to avoid static damage
• Make sure the notches on the RAM sticks align with the slots
