Open-Loop Transit and Setup Troubleshooting



Components or Cables May Shift During Transit: If your system isn’t powering on or is experiencing issues after unpacking, try these quick troubleshooting steps:
Check Internal Cables
- Open the side panel of your PC case.
- Gently press down on all visible power and data cables to ensure they're firmly connected.
- 24-Pin Main Power Cable: Located on the right-hand side of the motherboard
- CPU Power Cable: Found at the top-left corner of the motherboard
- GPU Power Cables: Connected to the graphics card
- SATA Cables: For hard drives and SATA SSDs.
Tip:
- Be cautious and avoid using excessive force.
- Ensure the PC is completely powered off and unplugged before touching any internal components.

Reseat RAM
- Power off and unplug your PC
- Remove the side panel to access the RAM slots on the motherboard
- Release the clips holding the RAM sticks and gently remove them
- Re-insert the RAM sticks firmly until the clips click back into place
Tip:
- Handle RAM sticks by the edges to avoid static damage
- Make sure the notches on the RAM sticks align with the slots
