Updating your BIOS is a critical process that requires careful attention. This guide will walk you through the steps to safely update your ASUS motherboard's BIOS, ensuring your system runs smoothly and efficiently.

Why Should I Update My BIOS?

Updating your BIOS can improve system stability, add new features, and ensure compatibility with newer hardware. However, it must be done correctly to avoid potential issues, such as your system failing to boot. The following instructions will guide you step by step through the update process, minimising risks and ensuring a successful update.

Important: Do not disconnect the power supply during the BIOS update. Avoid pressing any keys on the keyboard, mouse, or plugging or unplugging any devices. Failure to update correctly may result in the device failing to boot/POST.
