  • Press Windows + R on your keyboard.
  • Type msinfo32 and press Enter.

  • Once the file has been downloaded, locate the zipped folder, right-click it, and select Extract all.
  • Extract it to your Desktop.
  • Press the Windows logo key on your keyboard.
  • Type Device Manager and open it.
