If you're experiencing crashes and you're a Telstra customer, it may be due to a specific setting in your modem/router. Follow these steps to adjust the settings.

Adjusting Modem Settings
Access Your Telstra Modem Settings:
- Open a web browser and enter the following URL: http://telstra.gateway/
- If you have not changed your modem admin login details, use the default credentials:
- Username: admin
- Password: Telstra
- Once logged in, go to the WiFi section of your modem settings.
Disable WiFi PMF:
- Scroll down to find the WiFi PMF (Protected Management Frames) setting.
- Set WiFi PMF to Off.
- Save the settings.
Adjust Settings for 5 GHz Network (if applicable):
- If the crashes occur with devices connected to the 5 GHz WiFi network, repeat the above steps for the 5 GHz network.
- Ensure WiFi PMF is set to Off for the 5 GHz network as well.
- Save the settings.
