01 When does the BIG 8 promotion run?
The BIG 8 promotion runs during the campaign period displayed on this page and in the full promotion terms. Individual offers may have different end dates, draw periods or stock limits.
02 What offers are included in the BIG 8 campaign?
The campaign includes savings of up to AUD $808 on selected products, Custom PC gift tiers, the Win Back Your Build promotion, exclusive anniversary builds, referral rewards and selected personalisation options.
03 Do all Custom PCs qualify for BIG 8 gift tiers?
Yes. Every Custom PC purchased during the BIG 8 promotion period includes the Tier 1 gift bundle. Higher tiers are unlocked by upgrading components in the Custom PC configurator.
04 How are the Custom PC gift tiers calculated?
Tier 1 is included with every Custom PC. Tier 2 requires at least AUD $500 in component upgrades, while Tier 3 requires at least AUD $1,000 in component upgrades.
The tier is calculated from upgrades added above the base configuration, not from the total price of the PC.
05 How does Win Back Your Build work?
Eligible orders placed during the promotion period are automatically entered into the relevant weekly draw. Four weekly winners will each have their eligible order value returned, up to a maximum prize value of AUD $6,000.
06 Can one order qualify for more than one BIG 8 offer?
An order may qualify for more than one BIG 8 offer where it meets the individual eligibility requirements for each promotion. Product discounts, gift tiers, Win Back entry and referral rewards each have separate conditions.

07 Are gifts, exclusive builds and promotional items limited?
Yes. Gift bundles, promotional products, exclusive builds and personalisation options may be available only while stocks, production capacity or allocation lasts.
Where permitted under the promotion terms, an unavailable gift may be replaced with another item of similar value.
